Strong businesses can build strong communities, which is why we’ve always been committed to creating jobs for local people and investing in apprentices to foster young talent. Many of our team members, including our Estimator, Jake, joined us as apprentices and have grown into more senior roles within the business.
Helping The Community
We take real pride in improving the area in which we work and have worked alongside organisations like Building Plymouth to contribute to the restoration of local areas, such as the Keyham Gardens, which experienced significant damage following the discovery of an unexploded bomb in 2024.
We also donate materials and supplies to initiatives across the city where we can, ensuring the community has access to the resources it needs.
