At Richard Harding Construction, we’re committed to helping our apprentices gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in the construction industry. We understand that not all young apprentices will know exactly which career path they want to follow when they begin their apprenticeship, and that’s okay. Our focus is on providing support, guidance, and the opportunities to explore and grow.

Peter joined us two years ago with a clear ambition: to complete an apprenticeship in Carpentry. From the start, we fully supported Peter in achieving his career goals, providing him with the training, mentorship, and resources necessary to succeed. His hard work paid off when he successfully passed his End-Point Assessment (EPA) in Level 2 Carpentry, a significant milestone in his career.

However, after completing his apprenticeship and gaining valuable experience working alongside our skilled teams, Peter began to reassess his career path. He decided to expand his skill set and take on a new challenge, beginning a further apprenticeship in General Construction Skills. At Richard Harding Construction, we fully embraced this decision, knowing that broadening his knowledge would not only enhance Peter’s job satisfaction but also open up new career opportunities.

It’s incredibly rewarding to see our apprentices so passionate about learning and exploring different trades within the construction industry. We believe that providing a supportive environment where apprentices can grow and diversify their skills is key to fostering their long-term success.

We’re proud to support apprentices like Peter as they take their careers in new directions and gain a deeper understanding of the many facets of construction.
