A recent successful site meeting has confirmed that our work at the Kingskerswell new build development remains firmly on track, with the project now entering its final phase following Richard Harding Construction’s appointment to rescue the stalled scheme.
The meeting marked another important milestone for the project, with progress targets successfully achieved and completion now firmly in sight.
It was a pleasure to meet Paul Phillips, Senior Director of Building Surveying at Anstey Horne, during the visit, and to continue working alongside Allsop and Anstey Horne as the development moves towards a successful conclusion.
Having taken over the development after the original contractor was unable to fulfil the contract, our experienced, multi-skilled team has worked efficiently to complete the remaining works across the site
These works have included flooring installation, kitchen and bathroom fitting, plumbing, electrical works, decorating, carpentry, and the final internal finishing touches required to bring the homes up to the required standard. Externally, we have also delivered bespoke gates, patios, railings, landscaping and general garden tidying, ensuring the homes are ready for handover.
Projects like this demonstrate the value of an experienced and adaptable construction partner, and we are proud to have played a key role in bringing this development in Kingskerswell back to life.
Thank you to Allsop, Anstey Horne and everyone involved for their collaboration throughout the project.
