At Richard Harding Construction, we are deeply committed to supporting our apprentices in achieving their career goals. We understand that the success of the construction industry relies on skilled, dedicated professionals, and we take pride in nurturing young talent.
Finlay is a prime example of what young people can achieve when they are provided with the right opportunities and support. Starting with us as an apprentice carpenter, Finlay has worked hard to develop his skills and knowledge. After successfully completing his Level 2 Carpentry Apprenticeship and passing his End-Point Assessment (EPA), he decided to take the next step in his career by enrolling in a Level 3 Carpentry Apprenticeship to further enhance his expertise.
We’re incredibly proud of Finlay’s decision to continue his education and expand his skill set. We strongly feel that investing in apprentices is investing in the future of the industry and by working closely with training providers and providing hands-on learning opportunities on-site, we can ensure our apprentices gain the experience they need to excel in their careers.
Finlay has proven time and time again that he is a capable, reliable, and highly skilled young carpenter. His hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication to the craft have made him an invaluable member of our team. We’re excited to continue supporting his growth as he progresses through his Level 3 apprenticeship, and we’re confident that the future holds great things for him.
Finlay’s journey demonstrates what can be achieved when young people are fully supported by their employers, and we look forward to seeing his continued success in the construction industry.
